Light Up Chancellor's Ridge!
Sunday, December 7th
3:00-5:00 PM
Come out and help the community decorate the clubhouse and gazebo.  We'll have hot chocolate and holiday cookies, and if we have enough elves to help, we will "light up" Chancellor's Ridge as soon as it gets dark (5-ish).  If you're in a carolling mood, meet at the gazebo at 5:00 for holiday songs.

fall cr yard sale!

yes, it's upon us again.  time to clean out your garage, attic, closets, and drawers and to make a bit of money doing so.  you don't even need to spend money on placing advertising and signage, because we've done that for you!  simply set your sale items out in your own yard/driveway by 8am (early birds always arrive, though, so you may want to be out by 7:30am) on saturday, october 18th.  we don't have a rain date scheduled, so hopefully this beautiful fall weather shall continue for us on sale day!  


2nd annual chancellor's ridge 5k fun run and walk

last year we sponsored our first 5k family fun run and walk and received positive feedback and requests to do it again.  about 15 neighbors participated in last year's event, including runners, joggers, and family walkers.  if you are an avid runner, or simply someone who enjoys walking around our neighborhood, come on out for our 2nd annual event, immediately preceeding the start of our fun annual oktoberfest event.  start time is 1pm (or right thereabout!) in front of the clubhouse.  in order so that we may prepare, please email social@chancellorsridge.com if you are planning to participate!

our most popular event of the year!  games, bluegrass band, treats, pony rides, bouncey house, haywalk, bbq dinner and great family fun!  
new this year, we are going to be sponsoring a homemade baked goods contest!  are you a great baker?  then send an email to social@chancellorsridge.com so that we may add you to the list of entrants.  blue ribbon winner will receive a gift certificate to williams and sonoma!  judging to take place at 4:45pm.    

we can always use some extra hands to put on this large-scale food and fun event...please send an email to social@chancellorsridge.com if you can offer even just one hour of help that day (help especially needed with clean up and set up)!   you may also contact robert and nicolle mercer at 544-5011 for more information.
