Board of Directors meetings:
 
The November meeting is postponed until December 15 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
The December meeting is cancelled due to the holiday season.
 
All meetings start at 6:00 p.m. at the clubhouse, and all start with an Open Forum for homeowners to meet with the board on any item of association business.

 

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2009.

The meeting will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton Durham Southpoint located at 7807 Leonardo Dr. Durham NC 27713. The meeting will start at 7:00 PM and should last about 1 ½ - 2 hours.

You will receive in the mail a separate announcement for the meeting. It is important that if you can not be at the meeting to please send in your proxy statement so we make sure to have enough people present and proxies in order to have a quorom. Otherwise it will be expensive to hold another meeting to do the same thing!

This years meeting will include a vote on 2 open board seats. If you are interested in being active and helping to serve your community please let the board know in advance so we can include your name (and if you provide background info) and data as a nominee. Alternatively just let it be known at the meeting that you want to  be nominated. If you cannot be present at the meeting but want to be nominated please let us know in advance so arrangements can be made.

We are conveniently located in South Durham just off I-40, minutes from RTP, Duke University, UNC, Jordan Lake, and all points in the Triangle. The Streets at Southpoint Mall is just around the corner and we have American tobacco trail system connected to our community.
