Clubhouse Rental - Overview
The clubhouse may be reserved by any adult resident of the Chancellor's Ridge Homeowners Association for the purpose of hosting an event.

• The reserving resident must be present at the event.
• Residents can not reserve the clubhouse on a sub-lease basis.
• The Board of Directors has the authority to deny a rental for any reasonable cause, in a uniform manner.
• Fees are $110 - Rental fee + $200 - Security deposit

• Review Clubhouse Rental Agreement
  • Read the Clubhouse Checklist to follow before leaving the clubhouse
  • Sign the Clubhouse Reservation Form and provide money to Talis
    NOTE:  Reservations will be firm only upon receipt of the rental fee and deposit. 

 OBTAINING A KEY: 

• Upon receipt of the rental fee and security deposit Talis will provide a contact name and phone number at Chancellor's Ridge who will provide the key. 
• Both pre- and post-rental inspections will be made by a representative of Chancellor's Ridge.  That person will make the determination on the disposition of the security deposit.
