Light Up Chancellor's Ridge!
Come out on Sunday, December 7th from 3-5 PM and help the community decorate the clubhouse and gazebo.  We'll have hot chocolate and holiday cookies, and if we have enough elves to help, we will "light up" Chancellor's Ridge as soon as it gets dark (5-ish).  If you're in a carolling mood, meet at the gazebo at 5:00 for holiday songs.

A Grounds committee update

A 30-day water use license for homeowners is available from the city.
 
This link below is to a PDF that can be faxed to the city. They will call you back within a couple of days.
As long as you have the sign up, you can water new seed until it germinates a few minutes several times per day – including the use of sprinklers and irrigation systems.
